For Organizations & Agencies
We equip mission-driven nonprofits, government agencies, and community-based programs with the tools they need to serve more effectively. From program design and fundraising strategy to technical assistance and communications, we help organizations build sustainable, trauma-informed systems that truly support survivors and at-risk youth.
For Survivors & Youth
Our direct services prioritize healing, empowerment, and real-world support. We create safe, responsive spaces for education, employment training, and personal development—while helping survivors navigate complex systems through warm referrals, mentorship, and community connection.

Who We Are
Our community works collaboratively to create spaces of healing transformation that center freedom—within and without—for all human beings, especially survivors of sex trafficking, severe sexual trauma, and related forms of harm. Through truth-alignment, paradigm-shifting, and authentic care, we build physical and spiritual centers of freedom, where healing is not only possible but inevitable.

Where We Work
Freedom Centers Collaborative is rooted in the Portland Metro Area, with a growing presence across the West Coast. Our work spans both urban and rural communities, partnering with organizations, agencies, and individuals committed to healing, justice, and systemic change.
This map highlights where our services, trainings, and collaborations are currently active—and where we're headed next.
Oregon DMST Resource Map and Directory
Our Oregon DMST Resource Map and Directory is a living tool designed to help survivors, advocates, and mission-driven organizations quickly find and connect with essential services and support across Oregon. From safe housing and trauma-informed therapy to employment training and legal assistance, this directory brings together key resources working to combat domestic minor sex trafficking (DMST) and support healing and reintegration. Whether you're seeking help or offering it, this map is a bridge toward collective action, systemic change, and freedom-centered care.
